This Foundation Degree in Business with Digital Marketing offers an engaging, industry-focused curriculum designed to build the knowledge, confidence and practical skills needed for success in today’s digital economy. You will explore business fundamentals, strategic thinking, consumer behaviour, digital communications and social media marketing, while developing the insight to market brands, products and services effectively. Through applied learning informed by current industry practice, you will gain the tools to begin or advance a career in business, digital marketing and related fields.
Entry Requirements
Applicants must have a minimum of two years’ relevant work experience or hold a Level 3 Diploma (or an equivalent overseas qualification). English and Maths proficiency will be assessed through the College’s internal assessments. Applicants who provide recognised qualifications or certificates demonstrating English and Maths proficiency at the College’s required standard may be exempt from the corresponding internal assessment(s), subject to verification by the College.
Progression Opportunities
Graduates can progress to the BA (Hons) Management (Top-Up) programme at New College Durham. Further Level 6 options include BSc (Hons) Business Management (Top-Up), BA (Hons) Business and Digital Management (Top-Up), or relevant professional qualifications. Following completion of an appropriate Level 6 qualification, students may also progress to Level 7 professional study. All progression routes remain subject to the admissions policy and programme requirements of the receiving institution.
